• What resource do I need to handle candidate enquiries?
• What are your time lines to fill this role?
• How will you handle the extra work load?
• How will my staff handle the extra work load?
• What potential impact will this have on my customers?
• What is my plan if I do not find someone within time lines?

These are just a few simple planning stages to make sure you either make this a success or end up being a disaster.
The major concerns in all of this is when you and your staff start to get bogged down with the extra workload, you have not planned for this and your business starts to suffer as a consequence. You then start to take short cuts due to time constraints and work demands. Your staff becoming stressed and you need to get someone quickly. Do you really believe in this situation your judgement is sound or are you getting desperate and make rash decisions?
