Taking advantage of a recession
This may sound crazy to suggest that you look at recruitment during a recession. However think about this for a minute. You need to look to the future and as the market turns you need to be positioned to take advantage and that will only happen if you have the best people to help you.
With so many highly qualified candidates available in an industry renowned for skill shortages why would you not look at your options?
When was the last time you up-graded:
- Your TV
- Your call
- Your mobile phone
- Your staff??
As much as foundations are essential for strong buildings, people are the foundations of a business and by having the best people you will have a very strong business.
